David and Josh co-lead the shepherding, teaching, and visioning at St Johns Church. They both have a heart that beats for the community and a strong desire to see people experience the fullness of life God has created us to live.

Derek Beadoin
Derek is an associate pastor who leads our youth, manages our children's ministry volunteers, and helps gives oversight and direction to our young adult group.

Matt Clark
Matt is our young adult leader. He has a heart for teaching scripture and he loves big, willing to drop anything when someone in the group is in need.

Matt Shea
Matt is officially our prayer pastor, however he leads a mid-week Bible study, preaches, and helps pastor many people in the congregation.

McKahan Mcguire
McKahan works collaboratively with Matt Clark to help lead the young adult group. He also is an essential volunteer in our youth ministry.
Janel Hovde
Janel served on our staff for many years before retiring in 2024. She continues to be a leader at St Johns Church and is considered one of our emeritus pastors. She brings with her a wealth of experience and a heart for people on the margins.
Phil Hawk
Pastor Phil led St Johns Wesleyan Church for 35 years before stepping down as lead pastor in 2017. He is currently in a battle with dementia but his heart and passion for Jesus remains unmatched. He is one of our emeritus pastors.
