Welcome to The Hub

A co-working, meeting, and event space located in the St. Johns neighborhood 



Community is at the heart of our space.

Located in the St Johns Church building, our goal is to serve as a hub for community connections, collaboration, and celebration. We offer affordable rental space for everyone!


Office Space

The Hub currently features 8 newly renovated private offices on the 3rd floor of our building. Spaces are available for rent on a month-to-month or annual basis.

We also offer flex desk space. Desks can be rented by the day or month. Rates start at $35 for the day. 

Events and Meetings

We have multiple rooms available for community meetings or events. Spaces range in size from 10-15 people up to 100 people. We are a DIY event space with lots of flexibility to meet your needs. 

This includes 2 large parking lots – 1) the parking lot next door to the church, and 2) the parking lot where the St. Johns Farmers Market is held (corner of N Charleston and N Central). These spaces are available to rent for community events and parking.
